    Encouraging positive behavior using firm but kind reminders and incentives produce positive results every time. The motivation cards are set up to correspond to a traffic light so children can understand the message on several levels. Green means "Go", you are doing a great job. Yellow says "Slow down", what you are doing right now might not be the best thing. Check your behavior, language, attitude, etc. Red, of course, means "Stop!", you have gone too far. A red motivation card can either be the last warning sign or a notice telling child and parent that it is time to make a meeting with the teacher.

    This system is clear and simple so children will understand the correlation between their behaviors and the reactions. In addition, motivational cards show kids that there are repercussions to their actions, an important lesson that children must learn for life. You can combine behavior card circles or motivation cards with the pockets or hang them on a wall chart. Keep the motivation card display somewhere children will see it so they know their behavior is being monitored and that the repercussions are genuine. This sort of consistency is also an important lesson for kids to experience and perceive.

    Behavior card packs come in 100 card quantities in a variety of sizes.
