Easter Basket Craft
|
| This original Easter basket makes an attractive centerpiece for your Easter decorations. Using beautiful yet simple supplies, and a fun technique, this kids Easter craft will be a winner any day!

- Carefully tear off one flower at a time from the Flower Sticker Strips,and stick them to the bottom of a paper plate, covering it completely. The stickers around the rim shold be folded over to the other side of the plate.
- Turn plate over and draw 4 lines, each 2 inches, as shown in diagram. Cut along the lines.
- Draw 4 lines on a paper plate, as shown in diagram below. Each line should be 2 inches long. Cut along the lines.
- Your plate now has 4 sections. Fold each section up, pressing along the fold. After folding all 4 sides, you will have a square shape in middle of the plate.
- Overlap each 2 adjacent sides and staple together, forming a basket.
- For the handle: Take another plate and cut a 1" wide strip from along its diameter.
- Cover the strip with Flwer sticker strips; each flower sticker that you place on top of the strip needs a second one stuck to it from the bottom of the strip.
- When the handle is covered with flowers, staple it to 2 opposite sides of the basket.
Optional: Add a finishing touch to your Easter Basket Craft:
Fill the Easter basket with Hygloss green Shredded Tissue or pastel colored Tissue Paper, and place several decorated Styrofoam Eggs or Wooden eggs on top.
