You can use a stipler tool or any small rounded edge to add tiny raised puncture points. This is often done as a pattern or border around a specific section of the design or to highlight an area or feature. Cut out your project neatly, and you have yourself a stunning parchment paper creation. Alternatively, you can create this effect on a piece of parchment paper that has been folded in half and then give as a holiday, birthday or greeting card. You can add a touch of color using gentle strokes of a crayon or similar coloring agents.
